Pam Ulmer is always willing to step up and help whenever needed. She handles all of her duties as the City Clerk and also she hosted and planned the 2023 Virginia Municipal Clerks Association Conference in April. Eighty Virginia Municipal Clerks attended the conference and there has been amazing feedback from many who attended. Pam really stepped up and put together an amazing Annual Conference for the clerks to attend. I would like to thank Pam for all of the work she does every day.
