Mary Beth Betsa

I began my position as the Clerk of Council for the City of Highland Heights a little over a month ago and Mary Beth has been the most helpful colleague. She welcomes my calls and questions and aids me in every way possible, even while on medical leave. Without her, I would be lost in this position. She is willing to help every new clerk learn the proper procedures and is very passionate about serving the constituents of Mayfield Village. She also works in the Finance Department there and handles both positions with poise and strength. I am so grateful to have her as a mentor and friend.
