I would like to nominate Marcella for her contribution to the Arizona Municipal Clerks Association and for her innovative ideas and creativity. Marcella recently implemented a mural within the office of the City Clerk's office that includes patents of voting machines from the late 1800s and early 1900s. Marcella is always available to help when called upon.
