Kristen Freeman

Kristen has turned the Amherst County Administration office around. She helped incorporate new techniques, policies and procedures that have advanced the office. She is a quick learner and helps bring new programs that create efficiencies. Kristen is highly organized and motivated. The staff trust her as well as the governing body.
