Kay is bought into the bigger picture and always goes above and beyond for anyone. Aside from her daily duties, she has poured her heart and soul into improving our county animal shelter and even serves on the board of a non-profit established to support the Animal Services Center. She is passionate about everything she does and has the resources to make things happen in a timely manner. She is more than deserving of this award.
