Kathy Horvath serves the City of Oldsmar as it's Deputy City Clerk and does so exceptionally. She supports our community and is in turn well loved by our community. Kathy is the heart of our Clerk's Office and keeps our office running efficiently. She goes above and beyond in everything she does. She organizes a Volunteer Appreciation Banquet and a 9 week long Citizen Academy annually. She makes both of these events outstanding!
