Faye Thomas started her career at the South Coast AQMD over 32 years ago, earning her bachelor’s degree in Sociology while working her way up from an Administrative Assistant to the Clerk of the agency’s Governing Board and Hearing Board. Faye is an extraordinary person who is constantly under pressure and consistently displays grace and professionalism and a high level of dedication, leadership, diligence, and attention to detail.
