Evelyn Lees

Evelyn keeps us all on task and in compliance. She is efficient, timely, and knows all the rules and procedures for the councils and boards she oversees. She is meticulous in her record keeping. In addition to all of her duties she takes her role as trustee of the City of Noblesville's Riverside Cemetery very seriously. The cemetery was dedicated in 1823 and was in need of repair. Over the past few years keeping a tight budget she has refinished and bleached the tombstones, mapped out the graves and collected the history of not only the cemetery but those buried there. Lastly she introduced peonies back into the cemetery bringing back a lovely tradition that had been lost. She is a good steward of the City of Noblesville.
