Douglass Barber

I nominate Douglass Barber because of his kindness and work ethic. I worked with Doug for 7 years as his assistant. In the last year, I have taken a City Clerk position. What I learned from Doug is invaluable. I was able to process one special election and one general election successfully using the process that I learned from Doug. He is a supportive counterpart and he is very kind to communicate to motivate others during processes. He simply strives for excellence and he is considered one of the best City Clerks in Maryland.
