Deborah Walker-Reed

Deborah Walker-Reed is a strongly dedicated and committed to the City of St. Marys. Deborah goes beyond the call of duty while juggling duties as the City Clerk in addition to her role as an administrator, assistant to the elected and city attorney, as well as keeping up with legislative actions that may affect city operations. Overall, Deborah is knowledgeable, well-versed, and demonstrates strong work ethics in her role as City Clerk. Deborah also serves as the Vice-President of the Georgia Municipal Clerks Association who is committed to providing great leadership for our organization. I often refer to her as our "cheerleader" in her desire to see us thrive and flourish, not to mention her generosity in personally providing ideas and monetary resources to bring out the best for our organization. I don't know what we will do without her! I really value Deborah as a fellow city clerk and friend who always thinks of others above herself. I want to take this opportunity to thank Deborah for her leadership, professionalism, enthusiasm, faithfulness, and unselfishness, that serves as an example for all City Clerks. In conclusion, I am confident that Deborah is an outstanding City Clerk who is well-deserving of recognition through the Circle of Excellence.
