I would like to nominate our Arizona Municipal Clerk Association President and City of Goodyear City Clerk Darcie McCracken. I've been fortunate to know Darcie for nine years. She's always been a big advocate of succession planning for Arizona Clerks and is a forward thinker of our needs as a collective group. She's also witty with a heart of gold. Darcie also created our Clerk Conversation group, where we meet each month to talk about various topics, voice our concerns and share ideas. The first meeting took place in December 2022, and it has been well received.
