Casey Carl

Mr. Carl made Council meetings and Council Committee meetings on line so citizens could follow Council actions during the Pandemic. He has fully automated the City Clerk's office. Since the City Charter was amended to have an Executive Mayor and a Legislative City Council, Mr. Carl has prepared the City Council with staff to do research on issues and prepare Ordinances or Resolutions. He also has prepared the changes needed in the City Charter to implement the new system of government. Mr. Carl is in charge of the Records Retention department, a research department, in addition to the regular duties of the City Clerk. He is an innovator.
