Board of Directors

The 19-member elected IIMC Foundation Board of Directors includes broad public representation from education, finance, government, the community-at-large and corporations or foundations. The IIMC President and the two Vice Presidents, seven IIMC members and the IIMC Executive Director and Director of Professional Development complete its membership.

Nominating & Electing Board of Directors

The Foundation's Bylaws (PDF) provide for an annual meeting of the membership for the purpose of electing directors.  Prior to this meeting, the President appoints a Nominating Committee to assist him/her in making nominations for membership as a Director on the Board.

Notice of Vacancies

Notice of vacancies (PDF) and the application process is published annually in the IIMC News Digest inviting IIMC members to submit their names to the Nominating Committee using the IIMC Foundation Board application form (PDF). There is currently 1 vacancy on the IIMC Foundation Board. Application deadline is March 15, 2025.

Development Committee

The Development Committee, chaired by James Bonneville, welcomes anyone interested in supporting the Foundation's fundraising mission.  All are welcome.
